As head of Talent & Culture, Kaat focuses on leading the Talent & Culture team in line with the vision of accelerating people at ML6. She makes sure we attract, develop and retain exceptional talent according to the ML6 DNA by fostering a unique & dynamic work environment.

Kaat her strengths are in coaching the Talent & Culture team, advising the leadership team, growth of ML6 agents, change management and building HR frameworks in line with the strategic goals. Next to her focus on ML6 internally, Kaat loves to get connected and inspire other professionals. She is alway up for a chat, so feel free to reach out!

Kaat is very passionate about people and this started already during her studies in Human Resource Management at AMS. After this she started her career as a recruitment consultant at Hays with a strong focus on IT profiles. Therefore she dares to talk tech and dig deep into her collaboration with ML6 agents. She joined ML6 in September 2020 to accelerate the growth at ML6 with a focus on people.
