Use cases

Particle and fibre analysis

Our solution can assist with the analysis of particles, fibres and many other features within materials science, speeding up analysis and diagnostics and increasing accuracy.

For example, a Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) microscopy image of particles is fully automatically analysed to detect the presence of asbestos fibres and predict the probability of asbestos on it. If asbestos is detected with this probability is above a threshold, then an additional lab test is done to make the final decision. This saves time from the domain experts because they only look at the most interesting samples.
